AMAZING experience
fresh milk hot food comfortable room friendly staff
The breakfast WAS fabulous with a variety of hot food options. I appreciate the fresh milk in a flask and the selection of teas. Our double room was equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, even when we checked in late.
The shower had just individual taps, hot water was scalding and the cold water was freezing.

The breakfast was delicious with poached eggs cooked perfectly. Dinner was very good, with meals home made. The full english breakfast included gluten free sausage and gluten free bread.

The hotel offers convenient location for visiting family. A large car park is available . The premises included excellent eating areas inside and out. The VIEWS were beautiful from the accommodation even on a cloudy day.

The STAFF were friendly and polite. The staff were attentive to our needs and very helpful. The waiting staff are good, providing excellent service during meals.

The room included a generous sized bed, it was very comfortable. The bathroom was well-appointed and included everything we needed. The double room was recently updated and beautifully decorated in neutral colours.

friendly staff beautiful shower small room individual taps
the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful!!! the room was spacious and beautiful. the shower and hairdryer were amazing.
the room felt a little restrictive and small with all the furniture in it. the bathroom was a challenge, as there was no mixer tap at the sink, only individual taps.

i stayed in room 7 located on the first floor and found it cozy and large it included convenient coffee tea and hot chocolate facilities i found a large water bottle and enjoyable biscuits provided complimentary i appreciated the effective heating system and the fact that both the room and bathroom had windows i could open

the room was indeed nice and comfortable. the breakfast offered many choices and the poached eggs were perfect. all staff were friendly.
the hot water in the room was only tepid, not actually hot. this was a minor inconvenience.
